Community Gathering Schedule
The first Tuesday of each month from 2-3:00 pm ET.
What to expect:
- The calls will have a theme based on what’s coming up in my client sessions or my own journey. Past examples include metabolic health, perimenopause/menopause, and losing weight outside of diet culture.
- Each call will have time for coaching and Q&A on any topics keeping you battling yourself and your body.
When: The first Tuesday of each month from 2-3:00 pm ET. When you register, you will receive details on how to join us for the upcoming gathering. You can submit questions ahead of time, too.
After the gathering, you’ll receive a limited-time recording and an opportunity to sign up for the next gathering.
