A big question for many of us, is how to have more energy and focus so we are efficient with our time and have the “motivation” for healthy habits?
In today’s episode, I chat with Mia Scharphie about:
- Her pathway over the last few years from super unhealthy work and sleep habits (in design school for 12 hours was a ‘light day’) to an approach that helps me best take advantage of my most creative energy, preserve my health, AND my sleep!
- The ‘model calendar’ Mia uses to organize her time and how she aligns it with her energy states.
- The rituals she uses to stay productive and balanced (including a great herb to easily incorporate into our diets).
- The tactics I use to (nicely) push back against people who want me to break my boundaries — without triggering bias against women who say no.
If you’re feeling drained, that’s probably one reason why you overeat and skip working out. Tune in for out-of-the-box ideas on how to have more energy and focus.
