The first time I went to the beach with my family, at just five years old, I opened the car door, ran to the ocean, threw out my arms, twirled around and said “I love this!”
I bring this same enthusiasm when speaking to people about the power they have over their health through food and emotional well-being. Or facilitating my Truce model to companies who value the health of their employees and the downstream improved work performance.
