Lesson 1: Connecting the Dots. You’ll make connections that have been elusive for years, including why healthy eating is about creating more ease in your life, not more hard work and discipline. We’ll chart the emotional—often invisible—significance of food and belonging that’s been gathering steam in the background of your life into your present-day frustrations. This uncovered clarity will generate the motivation for the path of self discovery and sustainable change ahead.
Lesson 2: What job have you enlisted food to do for you? With this newly discovered clarity, we’ll dive into the 4 eating triggers driving your psychological desire to emotionally eat and causing you to “fall off track.” We’ll identify and leverage your biggest trigger to start silencing the food noise.
Lesson 3: Planning A Retirement Party for Food. Discover the deeper hungers driving your triggers and subsequent negative emotions keeping these on-off cycles going. Learn how to satisfy these unmet needs and watch as your food cravings diminish.
Lesson 4: From Knowing to Doing. Clarity will only get you so far. I know we all live in the real world. As we venture out, life will start to look and feel different. We’ll run controlled experiments and bring back our findings to the group where I’ll be sure to coach you through any sticky situations.
Lesson 5: Wherever you go, there you are (but, not really). You’re a new and improved person. You are You 2.0—just kidding. But in all seriousness, how you look at and respond to your food challenges will shift and we make sure you’ll continue to apply your new found clarity well into your future.

My Personal Story
I thought I needed to be fixed when I entered the suburban strip mall Weight Watchers at 11 years old.
Learning how to effectively deal with my own food, health and life stress gave me the perspective, skills and tools to create a miraculous recovery from my cancer treatments, which included freeing myself from a decade of binge eating, depression and this year, getting pregnant at 40 after Western Medicine told me impossible. This ripple effect enabled me to leave my Corporate job and create a business and life where I am in choice and fulfilled in ways I never thought possible and am grateful for every damn day.
