Like me, you’ve struggled with sweets for so long. And I think, like me, you tend to eat when stressed. This course will help you identify what’s going on when you have the urge to eat crap and give you some tools to deal with those situations. I am very glad I enrolled, though I will tell you it’s not a quick fix and you’ll have to work hard. And you’ll probably have to work hard with the tools after the course is over. But there is a tremendous potential to lose or minimize the urge to eat crap when stressed, so I think it’s totally worth it. – S.F.
